  • About Me

A leading medical imaging specialist and international philanthropist, Peter Killcommons laid the foundation for his successful career at the City College of New York and New York Medical College. While working toward his dual bachelor of science/doctor of medicine degree through the accelerated Sophie Davis program, he simultaneously competed on the varsity swim team and served as vice president of student affairs. Peter Killcommons graduated cum laude with both degrees in 1984.

Since founding Medweb in San Francisco, California, in 1992, Pete Killcommons has served as the company’s chief executive officer. Medweb specializes in comprehensive medical imaging, teleradiology, and telemedicine and develops innovative technological solutions for use in the fields of cardiology, neurology, radiology, dermatology, ophthalmology, dentistry, and wound care.

Under Peter Killcommons’ direction, Medweb also supports philanthropic efforts around the globe. In addition to spearheading medical initiatives in locations such as Pakistan and Honduras, the company has provided economic assistance in the form of free equipment and in-kind donations, both domestically and abroad.
